  Bob Love and his staff provide top notch service, but more than that, Bob cares about his clients. I know because I am a client of his, and I refer my clients to his company. He and his staff take the time to actually listen to the needs of their clients, and they may not always be able to help every client, but they are always forthright and do their best to protect their clients. A referral is one of the best compliments a business owner can receive, and I have the Bob Love Agency on the top of my list for referrals to my clients, family and friends.

  Stopped there on 8/10/16. There was only one customer at a window. There was an employee at a second window but she appeared to be doing something(perhaps working the drive up window, although she was facing toward the lobby) so I stood back and waited. There wasn't any acknowledgment of them seeing me at all. Waited several minutes while the customer & employee chitchatted about his watch etc. Was totally ignored and had to leave. Had to go to Clio branch where treated so nice. I walked in the door and the clerk said "hello". So nice to be at least acknowledged. Second time bad experience in Flushing. Never returning.

  So the district accepts security services from DM BURR. This company is offering free security services to school districts in flint Michigan for two months. All the while I can appreciate the gesture as transparent as it may be, the fact that any district would consider utilizing a company that has been fired from EAA schools (Detroit) for theft, has lost other contracts with schools for officers sending photos of their genitals to a 15 year old student. Unbelievable that a company would use this ploy SOS (save our students) to try to earn credibility in the market that they have lost after years of terrible service. Good news for them is several media outlets have given them accolades for such a kind gesture (one lousy officer for 15 schools) free of charge to a school district in need. To use a tradgedy like what happened in Florida to grow ones business is morally disgusting. The media not fact checking and investigating a company is an atrocity. Their website states their officers have 200 hours of training per year. This is laughable as their employees receive two hours of training which includes paperwork which is unpaid. By all means praise this janitorial security building management Walmart for their generous donations. Wake up America and stop believing every line you read. What does our great president say..... FAKE NEWS!!!!
